My name is Lili and I am currently the Community Manager for National Instruments. I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our well established communities, fostering positive relationships with our users, and relaying users' needs internally.
Prior to this, I was the Community Support Manager for MicroStrategy. I was with the company for over 2 years working as the Application Support Lead for the company's new identity and loyalty mobile applications, while also actively working with the marketing, technology, and sales teams. I was also integral in the roll out of MicroStrategy's community on the Lithium platform. Before joining MicroStrategy, I worked as a marketing coordinator and social media specialist.
I am a graduate from the University of Central Florida. I earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Business Administration with a major in general business and a minor in marketing.
